The Heart of Simunye 333: From Pain to Passion

Our Beginning: Beyond Survival

Simunye 333 wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born in the quiet, difficult moments of a healing journey. It was created at the intersection where pain meets purpose. While this brand is a testament to survival, its mission is to help you transition into thriving. We realized that the hardest parts of healing the isolation, the loss of identity, and the shadows are not meant to be our permanent residence. We are forging a path out of survival mode and into a new way of being (thriving).

Birthed from the Fire

This brand is rooted in real-life battle. In 2019, a hostile work environment broke my spirit and my sanity. In 2020, I lost my "GG" the Great Grandmother who raised me to a nursing home I never wanted her to enter. The grief was so heavy that in July of 2020, I no longer wanted to be on this earth. I was saved, but the battle was far from over.

The Weight of Care & The Loss of Career

By 2022, I became a full-time caregiver for my mother after she suffered three strokes. Every day is a test of patience and grace, caring for a woman who didn't raise me, navigating a life where communication is often through screams and silence.

By 2024, after ten years in my career, I was fired following a mental breakdown. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and anxiety wounds curated by the very workplace I had given a decade to.

When I tried to build something for myself by forming this LLC in January 2025, the system turned its back again, cutting off my only source of income because they mistook my "attempt to build" for "being well."

Through spiritual attacks and mental relapses that turned physical felt like pins and needles in my feet and weight on my chest, I realized I was stuck in a cycle of "survival" and my body’s way of screaming for alignment.

I had to learn to align my Mind, Body, and Spirit just to breathe again.

Why "Simunye 333"?

To most, Simunye means "We are one." To us, it signifies the internal unity required to move from surviving to thriving. The "333" represents that divine trinity a reminder that when your mind, body, and spirit are in sync, you are truly BUILT DIFF3R3NT.

Sitting With, Not In

We believe that true healing isn't about being "strong" in the way the world expects. Our philosophy is rooted in learning to sit WITH your emotions, but not IN them. Many of us are so used to survival mode that we’ve mistaken it for living. But you don't have to stay in that high-alert state just because it’s what you’re used to. We know the triggers and the weight of the dark moments, but we also know the power of choosing to leave survival behind to B3 PEACE, B3 LOVE, and B3 LIGHT.

This brand is the realness of spirituality and mental health. It’s not a "quick fix" or a "happy vibe." It’s the daily, proactive choice to stay here. Even as recently as December 2025, I’ve faced spiritual attacks and the return of dark thoughts. The ground beneath me has shaken, but it hasn't broken.
