1. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, the "333 Formula" branding, and our elephant mascot, is the exclusive property of Simunye 333 Co. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
2. Production & Shipping Timelines
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge our specific production windows for custom and limited items:
Made-to-Order: These items are created specifically for you. Please allow 1–4 weeks for processing and production before your order ships.
Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items are processed up to 30 days after the specific cut-off date displayed on the product page.
Shipping: Once production is complete, you will receive a tracking number. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
3. Order Modifications
Because we begin sourcing materials and starting production immediately for made-to-order and pre-order items, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed. Please verify your shipping address and item selection at checkout.
4. Handmade Variations
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our patchwork and distressed garments, no two pieces are identical. Small variations are a hallmark of our craft and are not considered defects.
5. Limitation of Liability
Simunye 333 Co. provides products "as is." We are not liable for any damages or claims arising from the use of our website or products beyond the purchase price of the item.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
