Shipping Policy

​At Simunye 333 Co., we are committed to transparency regarding our production and shipping processes. Please review the timelines below based on the type of item you have purchased.

​1. Processing & Handling Timelines

​The "Processing Time" is the period required to prepare, handcraft, or fulfill your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

​Ready-to-Ship Items: These are in-stock items and will be delivered to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

​Made-to-Order Items: Because these pieces are handcrafted specifically for you (including custom patchwork and distressing), please allow 1–4 weeks for production before your item is delivered to the carrier.

​Pre-Order Items (Concepts in Advance): Pre-orders are processed up to 30 days AFTER the displayed cut-off date. This allows us to produce the collection in alignment with our quality standards.

​2. Carrier & Delivery

​Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

​Carrier Possession: Our responsibility is to ensure your order is delivered to the carrier within the timeframes stated above.

​Shipping Delays: Simunye 333 Co. has no control over shipping delays once the package has been dropped off at the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or carrier logistics are out of our hands.

​Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

​3. Combined Shipping

​If your order contains a mix of Ready-to-Ship, Made-to-Order, or Pre-Order items, the entire order will ship together once the final item is completed. If you wish to receive your Ready-to-Ship items sooner, please place separate orders.

​4. Address Accuracy

​Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
